The Grammys always seem like more of a party than an actual awards show to me. Half of the people at the show don’t actually sing, they just go to the Grammys for a little more publicity. The Grammys are always a blast to watch though! Read the rest of this entry »

So the Globes have officially kicked off award season (which is one of my favorite times of the year) and after the awards the talk is no longer of who is going to win what award but what exactly everyone wore. So I love that you can look at everyone in the beautiful dresses that we all wish we could have or even fit into for that matter, but what’s up with everyone on the worst dressed list??? There is nothing that I hate more than people who flat out don’t put any effort into primping for a big event. Celebrities make millions and millions of dollars being beautiful all year long, so why do they think that when the awards shows roll around they can give their stylists the night off. Sure, we all go to the grocery store without make up on Saturday mornings, but we don’t all get invited to the A-List Hollywood events. I’m sure if I got an invitation to the Globes I would find some money, somewhere and splurge on getting a fancy new dress, perfect wavy curls in my hair, and impeccable make-up.
